First step for me was to define what the main issues were with the digital experience, as a result I defined five objectives for the Digital transformation project:

1. Reduce reliance on 3rd party suppliers.
2. Unify technology components across the range.
3. Improved and unify UX, aligned with the QWIC brand.
4. Improved customer support experience.
5. A foundation upon which we can build user-focused features.

In a quest to steer QWIC towards success, we embarked on a journey to solidify our customer segmentation, define our ultimate North Star, chart our path forward, and seamlessly integrate our technology roadmap with our bike roadmap.

My Contributions:
Orchestrated a series of workshops aimed at achieving alignment.
Leveraged facilitation skills to guide stakeholders through the alignment process.
Produced impactful posters and artifacts to visually communicate our unified vision and roadmap, ensuring all stakeholders were on board with a singular direction

Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers spanning mechanical, mobile, backend, and embedded domains, I spearheaded the delivery of a visionary project aimed at crafting an end-to-end delightful experience for QWIC's diverse customer base.
